In addition to the above, the individual in this role:
Assists the team by setting appointments; processing/maintaining documentation, correspondence, and reporting; and preparing for meetings and presentations.
Services customers by providing detailed information on accounts and identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex account problems.
Maintains up to date knowledge and may train others on products, services, departmental systems and related technology, policies and procedures.
Produces investment revenue via generation of client appointments (may be held individually or with a licensed team member).
May provide sales coaching to Retail Bankers.
Follows Optimal Customer Relationship (OCR) Sales Process principles to provide effective referrals to other business segments based on client needs.
Makes routine decisions in the absence of an officer.
_Basic Qualifications_

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
3-5 years in an investment sales or support role- cross-sales or referral experience required.
Series 6 and State Life & Heath required.

Must obtain Series 63/65 and Series 7 (optional depending on team) within 120 days of hire.
Must have strong presentation skills.
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment and accept constructive feedback.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary.
Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability and desire to provide Simply the Best Service to our clients are critical in this position.
Proven organizational skills and ability to work independently and proactively.
PC and Internet proficient, to include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
