We are looking for a compassionate expert communicator to serve as an Employee Benefits Concierge.
This position is designed to provide white glove customer service, where personalization and special attention are paid to each and every employee who seeks assistance with understanding our comprehensive benefits package.

Summary:
This position serves as a resource advocate focused on assisting all employees with understanding the company benefits package.
After employees work with our Employee Benefits Concierge, they should be able to navigate their available benefits more successfully based on their unique and individual needs.

Have you 2
years of higher education experience? Do you have 3
years of experience in employee benefits and are willing to gain a detailed understanding of its multiple components? Do you have the ability to connect with employees who may have a benefits question, extract the problem, and quickly work with the employee to find the resolution? Can you be flexible to multi-task various elements of employee assistance? Are you able to provide superior customer service support through the completion of the individual employee experience? Do you have excellent communication skills? Do you have a strong working knowledge of employee benefits software and the Microsoft product suite?:

Responsible for communication to employees for post-enrollment benefit questions Help providers become aware of their options to join our benefit network Have a compassionate and empathetic approach to assisting employees Design individualized strategies to mitigate employee concerns regarding:
Networks Deductibles Co-Pays Pre-Authorizations Costs to the employee Maintain a high-level understanding of how to maneuver through each plan Establish the clear path to employee benefit resolution with all lines of coverage as well as with the internal company departments Performs other duties as assigned:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
