Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
We are open to Full Time (30 hours) or Part time (29 hours & under) for this position.
This position is for 2pm-10pm.
Must be able to work a minimum of one weekend shift per week (Saturday/Sunday).
8 hour shifts.
Essential Functions:
Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Customer Service or equivalent experience required.
Computer Skills:
Impromed, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook.
Ability to perform light lifting (up to 50 pounds) and repetitious physical activity.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
